After negotiations, the vendor accepted our offer we initiated the establishment of the 145 Blackburn Road Doncaster East Trust to hold the property on behalf of the SMSF.
To facilitate the purchase, we decided to establish a Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF), naming it the Ma4Ta Superfund.
