Setting Up the SMSF

• To facilitate the purchase, we decided to establish a Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF), naming it the Ma4Ta Superfund.
• We appointed Ma4Ta Pty Ltd as the corporate trustee for the SMSF, with 145 Blackburn Road Doncaster East Pty Ltd acting as the corporate trustee for the bare trust.
• Our family members—Arash Naderpour, Negar Naderpoor, Parya Fadavi, and Babak Rad—became members and directors of the SMSF
